Hawdon, Franklin Charles (July 30, 1936 - April 1, 2024)

We are saddened to announce the unexpected passing of our father at St. Joseph's General Hospital in Elliot Lake on Monday April 1, 2024 at the age of 87. Will be missed dearly by his wife Patricia Drew. Beloved father of Bruce Hawdon (Debbie), Terry Hawdon, Cindy Hawdon & Sandra Hawdon. Grandfather of Elisha Rivard (Marc), Erica Bickell (Scott), Shauna King (Bryan), Jessica Hawdon, Adam Hawdon & Branda Hawdon (Matt). Great grandfather of 10. Will also be missed by Corrinne Drew, Carolyn Drew & Daniel Laprade. Predeceased by his mother Bessie (Mackovic), brother Robert See(Susie) and sisters Lorraine Faught (Ron) & Sharon Boston (Jim). At Frank's request, there will be no service or visitation and cremation has taken place. Memorial contributions payable online may be made to the Heart & Stoke Foundation of Canada or to the SSM Humane Society in Frank’s name and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
