It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of William "Bill" Quinn at Health Sciences North in Sudbury on Tuesday November 8, 2022 at the age of 72.
Predeceased by his wife Lynda Quinn (Ball), parents Bertha and Clair Quinn, brother Wayne Quinn (Ruth) and sister Pauline Loader (Roy). He is survived by his daughters, Melanie Quinn-Patry and Stephanie St. George (Shannon). He was a loving Papa to Brooke (Austin), Kelsey & Kylie Patry and special uncle to Jessica Wooldridge (Adam) and numerous other nieces and nephews. He is also survived by sisters and brothers, Nora Aston (Glenn), Patricia Coombs (Kevin), Daniel Quinn (Paulette), Bernice Tull (Glen) and Kevin Quinn (Martine).
Bill was best known for his loving character, witty sense of humour and generous spirit. A celebration of life will take place at the Moose Lodge, 26 Oakland Blvd., Elliot Lake on Wednesday November 16, 2022 from 1-4 pm. A private ceremony to follow at Woodlands Cemetery, Elliot Lake at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
