It is with profound sadness that the family of Timothy Alexander Aylward announces his passing 9-Dec-2023 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Elliot Lake after a four and a half year battle with cancer. He was forty years old. Much too young to leave this world.
Tim was born in Peterborough, ON to Shayne and Trudy Aylward and was raised in Midland, ON. He attended Midland Secondary School. Tim had many passions in life; he played bass guitar in his teen years, enjoyed skiing, golfing, fishing, and excelled in billiards. Tim spent the majority of his work career as a Signmaker, having operated his family's sign shop 527-SIGN then worked as production manager at large sign companies in Toronto. Tim enhanced his attention to detail and skill for design when he attended and graduated with honours from the Architectural Technician Program at George Brown College (2018).
Tim is survived by his loving wife Phoebe, and daughter Ashlynn; his father Shayne (the late Trudy), his brothers Ian (Sarah), and Tyler. Tim will be sadly missed by his nephews, and nieces Kevin, Seth, Malachi, Hadassah, and Junia. He will be remembered by his aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
Tim was a loving father, and husband who will be remembered for his kindness. The loss is immeasurable, but so is the love left behind.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
