Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at the St. Joseph's General Hospital in Elliot Lake on Monday January 23, 2023 at the age of 73. Beloved husband of 53 years to Gisèle Cédilot (née Michaud). Loving father of Pamela Cédilot (Stephen Murphy), Neil Cédilot (Andrea Kleinstuber), Melissa Bott (Heath) and Melinda Cédilot (Geoff Pasowysty). Dear grandfather of Ryan Deane, Nathan Cédilot, Adriana Cédilot, Avelyn Bott, Dane Bott, Logan Pasowysty and Austin Pasowysty. Also survived by his sister Louise Laprairie and by numerous nieces and nephews. In honouring his wishes, a memorial mass will be celebrated on Saturday January 28, 2023 at 1 pm from Ste. Bernadette Parish (45 Spruce Avenue, Elliot Lake). Father Eric Pannike officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Alzheimer Society of Algoma would be appreciated by the family.
