Robert Wilfred Quibell

Quibell, Robert Wilfred (March 8, 1955 – June 30, 2025)

Sadly, Rob passed away peacefully on June 30, 2025 at St. Joseph’s General Hospital. He was honest, valiant, warm, witty, loyal & talented, I never heard him gossip. Rob was well loved and cared for by many in the community, you know who you are. Special mention to Alec Letarte. Endless gratitude is extended. He will be sorely missed as he was highly visible about town. A natural athlete, he excelled at hockey and baseball. Discovering guitar changed his life and after 3 short years, he auditioned at the Royal Conservatory of Music and was accepted. Life altered drastically when he was diagnosed with schizophrenia. He is survived by his siblings, Roderick, Norma, Patricia, Shirley, Lynn & myself, Rae. He leaves many cousins, in-laws, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

As per his wishes, cremation has taken place.

One cannot say goodbye without “COFFEE, CIGARETTES”.   ENJOY GLORY ROB.
