Robert (Bob) (Bob) Horton

Horton, Robert Raymond "Bob" - it is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of a loving partner, father, grandfather and brother on Sunday, August 27, 2023 at the North Shore Health Network, Blind River site. Caring partner for over 20 years to Catherine Green of Blind River and devoted father to Todd (Raquel) of Capreol, Chad (Connie) of Blind River and the late Amy. Dear grandfather of Brock, Olivia, Hayley and Julia. Pre-deceased by his parents Elmer and Rita (nee Bonin) Horton, Bob was also the brother of the late Gracie Allen (Ken), late Elizabeth "Liz" Scott (late Richard), late Freddie Horton (Dolores "Dodie"), Richard "Dick" Horton (Joan), Daniel "Danny" Horton(Joanne), Mary Schock (Charles "Charlie") and James "Jim" Horton. Also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
Many will remember that Bob was a keen curler and golfer and was truly dedicated to the lawn maintenance on the course in Blind River. The family would like to reach out to all the staff at the NSHN-Blind River site for their commitment and know that your kindness will never be forgotten.
