February 20, 1964 - May 23, 2022

The Brunet Family is deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of our beloved father, grandfather and brother Rick Brunet.

Predeceased by his parents Rudy Brunet (Joan) and Dianne Blais, he is survived by his two loving children Samantha Rivet (Cody) and Matthew Brunet (Jessy). Brother to Linda Vanderheuvel (Garry), Carmen Mroz (predeceased Andy), David Brunet, Marc Brunet (Elizabeth) and step brother to Terri Androvics (Karl), David Stebbins and Sherri Stebbins. Proud grandfather to Alexie Rivet and caring uncle to many nieces and nephews. Loving companion and partner to Diana Bast of Elliot Lake.

Rick was a very humble man who loved his family very much, he was very hardworking and loved to see the finished product.
Our Dad Rudy wouldn't say much but, you could tell he was super proud of his son and of all his accomplishments.

We are all proud of him and he definitely left his mark all around us.

A memorial gathering and celebration of life will be held at Diana's Restaurant in Elliot Lake on Saturday, May 28, 2022 from 1pm to 4pm.
