Mary Margaret Kennedy

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Margaret Kennedy on November 22nd at St. Joseph's General Hospital in Elliot Lake at the age of 74. Loving mother to Connie Trepanier (Jacques) and Paula Kruithof (Hans) and cherished Grandmother to James, Henry, Owen, and Hudson. Dear sister to Judy Perricone (Joe), George Kennedy, Edward Kennedy (predeceased) and Michael Kennedy (predeceased). She will be lovingly remembered by numerous other relatives and friends.

Mary loved spending time with her friends, especially Anna and Margaret. Known for her sense of humour, she enjoyed curling up with a good book, watching decorating shows, and decorating her home.

We would like to thank all the nurses, (especially Wendy, Lindsay, and Rachel) and staff at St. Joseph's who have taken such kind and gentle care of her over the last few months. Thank you also to all those who helped her stay in her home for so long.

A Celebration of Life will be held in 2024. The mass for her intentions will be December 10 at 11:30 am at Ste. Bernadette church. Donations to a charity of your choice in her memory will be greatly appreciated as Mary always gave to those in need.
