Bovair, Maria Helena Faustino
Born June 18, 1941, she passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's General Hospital hospice in Elliot Lake, ON during the early morning hours of Wednesday April 20, 2022. Predeceased by her husband Norman Bovair. Mother of Alan, Diana, Lucia, Elisabeth and grandmother of Alisa Marie. Maria resided in Elliot Lake for 50 years. She was an avid community volunteer and could often be found trekking the streets with her close family friends. We wish to thank the hospice staff and the Elliot Lake Palliative Care Team Volunteers for their loving care of our mother and we request that in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society. As per Maria's wishes, there will be no celebration of life.
