Best, Judy Lee (Alger) “Bug”
February 4, 1958 – September 30, 2025
Judy Lee Best, affectionately known as “Bug”, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2025 at St. Joseph’s General Hospital in Elliot Lake, Ontario, at the age of 67.
Born on February 4, 1958 in Blind River, Ontario, Judy was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She held her family close and brought warmth, laughter and strength to all who knew her. Her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched with her kindness, honesty and enduring spirit.
The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at St. Joseph’s General Hospital for the compassionate care and support they provided during her final days.
