Joseph Tommy Bilodeau November 26, 1941 – June 17, 2026
Joseph Tommy Bilodeau was born on November 26, 1941, in St Tite, Québec, and passed away on June 17, 2026, in Elliot Lake, Ontario. He lived eighty four years marked by quiet strength, resilience, and a deep devotion to the people he loved.
Joseph spent most of his life in Ontario, building his work, his family, and his community there. In his retirement years, he chose Elliot Lake as his home — a place where he found calm, familiarity, and the simple pleasures he valued.
He was the beloved son of Germaine Bilodeau (Tessier) and Alphonse Bilodeau, and brother to Donald and Michael. Joseph was predeceased by his former wife, Patricia Bilodeau, with whom he shared many years and the joy of raising their son.
He leaves behind his son, Thomas Bilodeau, and Thomas’s wife, Arienne, who were a constant source of pride and comfort to him. Joseph was also a cherished grandfather to Kirstian and Sarah, and a delighted great grandfather to Cooper, who brought him happiness in his final months.
Joseph’s life was shaped by family — the one he came from and the one he built. His legacy continues in the generations who follow him, carrying forward his steadiness, his kindness, and the quiet way he showed his love.
