J Roseta Browne

It is with heavy hearts we sadly announce the unexpected passing of Mrs J Roseta Browne on June 18th 2024 surrounded by her children Deborah and Andrew Browne. Predeceased by her husband, Rupert Browne (2005), she will be missed by the many nieces, nephews, other family members worldwide and the lives of those she touched after being a resident of Elliot Lake for 44 yrs. Visitation will be at the Elliot Lake Funeral Chapel & Cremation Centre (36 Ontario Avenue) on Wednesday June 26th, 2024 from 6-8 pm. The funeral service will be held at Elliot Lake Fellowship Baptist Church on Thursday June 27th, 2024 at 11 am. The Rev. Lloyd Lindsay officiating. Interment to follow at Woodlands Cemetery, Elliot Lake. Special appreciation goes out to the amazing nurses on the 3rd floor at St. Joseph’s General Hospital, along with the equally amazing group of doctors; especially Dr. Spencer...forever grateful
