Glenn John Francis Shelly

Glenn John Francis Shelly June 1, 1966 - January 2, 2026

On early morning of January 2, 2026, Glenn John Francis Shelly (Lone Wolf) passed away at the Sault Area Hospital. Glenn was 59 years old.

Glenn was born in Ingersoll, Ontario though he spent most of his life in Elliot Lake/Spragge, Ontario.

After graduating from ELSS, he went on to study Law Enforcement at Seneca College. After graduation, Glenn wore many hats throughout his hard working life from being a builder contractor, Elliot Lake counsellor and working for Algoma Mills Township. Glenn was also a volunteer firefighter.

Glenn will be remembered for his honesty, loyalty, strength, determination (stubbornness), intellect and his ability to talk. He left a lasting impression on anyone who met him.

He enjoyed anything to do with nature and trail riding in his side by side.

He leaves behind his wife Annette Dalcourt his best friend and partner in life for almost 13 years and her three daughters, Katrina (Evan) , Jessica (Sergio), Miranda and four grandchildren. He was her everything through good times and bad, her rock, mortar or stone.

Glenn is survived by his daughter Shahanessy (Jason), son Donovan, mother Alice, sisters Alanna (Richard), Tammy and Heidi (Darren), nieces Brittany, Jasmine and Sophia and predeceased by his father Ritchie.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring of 2026. He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by those who loved him.
