It is with deep sorrow that the family announces the sudden passing of George Lendak peacefully in his sleep in Elliot Lake, Ontario at the age of 39 years.

Loving son of Stanislav and Anna Lendak and dear brother of Andrea (Fraser), Stan, Peter William (Sarah) and Anna Michelle (Senad). George is also survived by his niece Helen, nephews Robert, Jakob, Lukas, Adam and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins in Slovakia, England and the USA. Dear Godfather to Emilee Nadine Martin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at the Elliot Lake Funeral Chapel & Cremation Centre (36 Ontario Avenue) between 7-9 pm. Visitation will also be held from St. Bernadette's Parish in Elliot Lake on Monday, January 23, 2023 from 10 am until the time of the funeral mass at 11 am. Interment to follow in Woodlands Cemetery, Elliot Lake. A memorial mass will be held at Sts Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church in Mississauga on Monday, January 30, 2023 at 11 am. The family request that in honor of George, please make a donation to your favourite charity.
