Audrey Mary Donohue
November 20, 1931 – April 8, 2026
Our family is deeply saddened to share the loss of Audrey Mary Donohue on April 8, 2026 in Marathon, ON. Known and loved by many, Audrey will be greatly missed.
Reunited with husband Clifford, son Brian, daughter Ann and parents Cyril and Mary Petillion. Deeply missed by sons Patrick (Gayle), Chuck (Martha) and Shayne (Claudette). Lovingly remembered by daughter-in-law Patricia and son-in-law Terry.
Audrey was a wonderful grandmother to 18, great-grandmother to 26 and great-great-grandmother to 3.
A long-time resident of Elliot Lake, Audrey was a nurse at St. Joseph’s Hospital for many years. A devout Catholic, she was a very active member of her parish for many years. She was also one of the original members of the Catholic Women’s League in Elliot Lake.
In 2018, she moved to Marathon to be closer to family there. The family would like to thank the staff of Peninsula Manor and Wilson Memorial Hospital in Marathon for their excellent care.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
